1. Who we are and what we do
P2PINR operates a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform where users trade USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) with merchants who pay or receive Indian Rupees (INR) by UPI or bank transfer. P2PINR holds USDT in custody while orders are open and records every balance movement in an internal ledger. P2PINR is not a bank, does not accept INR deposits, and does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and legally able to enter a contract.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or used on behalf of someone else.
- You must keep your sign-in email, authenticator app and recovery codes secure. Actions taken with your credentials are treated as yours.
- We may require identity verification (a government photo ID and a live face check) before you can withdraw, sell, or act as a merchant, and may ask you to verify again.
3. Orders and payments
- The rate, fees and amounts shown when you place an order are locked for that order.
- INR must be paid only from a bank or UPI account in your own name, to the account shown on the order, within the payment timer.
- USDT is released only when the party receiving INR confirms payment, or by a staff decision in a dispute. Uploading a screenshot or a timer ending does not release funds.
- Never mark an order as paid before you have actually paid, and never confirm receipt before the money is in your account.
4. Disputes
If an order cannot be completed normally, either party may escalate it after the relevant timer. Funds stay locked while our team reviews evidence from both sides. Staff decisions (release, refund, reject or extend) are recorded with reasons. Large decisions may need a second approver. You agree to provide truthful evidence when asked.
5. Fees, limits and stakes
Fees, limits, stake tiers and merchant commissions are shown in the app before you confirm an action and may change for future orders. Staked USDT is locked until its unlock date and earns no return. Optional programmes such as referrals or an earning plan have their own terms, and any rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
6. Prohibited use
- Money laundering, fraud, scams, “money mule” activity, or trading on behalf of others.
- Using stolen funds or accounts, or funds connected to cyber-crime complaints.
- Harassing counterparties or asking them to trade outside the platform.
- Circumventing limits, verification, sanctions screening or security controls.
7. Compliance, taxes and reporting
You are responsible for your own tax obligations on crypto transactions, including any applicable tax deducted at source and income tax. P2PINR complies with applicable Indian laws, including anti-money-laundering reporting obligations, and may share information with authorities when legally required. P2PINR may freeze, hold or reverse activity where required by law or a lawful order.
8. Suspension and closure
We may limit, suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, legal or regulatory reasons, security risks, or breach of these terms. Where the law allows, we will tell you why and how to withdraw any remaining balance after checks are complete.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, P2PINR is not liable for losses caused by market price changes, blockchain network issues, actions of banks or payment providers, errors in addresses or networks you enter, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Changes, law and contact
We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: support@example.com. Complaints: Grievance Officer To be appointed, grievance@example.com.
